PS3 repair Open Question: my ps3 can't view pictures?

On my ps3 i can receive messages when i'm signed in, but every time i go to view a message with a picture paper clipped to it, i open up the picture, the photo won't even let me highlight it to try to open it? this is every message i receive with an attached photo
